Of course it could be the switch. If none of them are working and the fuse is ok it's either the feed to the switch - broken wire most likely - or the switch itself.
Another possibility is it was the relay, and the replacement is no good too. Wish you luck with it but you should be getting better dealer back up.

What could cause indicators to not work
Hi Martyn, sorry to here your having issues with your AJS dd125, these have been one of our best sellers and very reliable bikes normally.
The classic issue with these new AJS's is the "bullet" connectors they use, to be perfectly honest their not great! but if looked after and checked properly on build up they shouldnt cause any problems. With your indicator fault is it all the indicators or one specifically? In the headlamp unit their is a selection of connectors if one of them wasnt crimped down properly or has come loose, especially the ones from the switch gear this could be the answer to all your problems. Otherwise you need to run through the loom and check the individual connections, the ones under the tail by the rear light are a good one to check as well as their are subject to dirt and vibration. As a new AJS the dealer that supplied it to you should do this for FREE if its still under warranty
If you would like more help on this please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help

Bullet connectors can be troublesome what ever the make. They can also oxidise unseen. pull them all apart, look for & clean oxidisation, replace if rusty, if loose nip the bullet slightly oval, if the wire just pulls out , you found a problem, if all looks ok, just inspect the solder is not oxdised causing a dry joint. Check alsofor oxidiseation at the connectors inside the lamps and lamp fixings are earthing
