If you want to have a go yourself, look in a Frost catalogue,
They sell magnetic flexi strip which bends to the contours of the tank.
Also they sell the correct brushes, [signwriters quills]which you must have, and paint especially for these brushes,, which needs to have the correct flow rate and consistency.
Be thank full its not a vintage Sunbeam, which was lined with real gold leaf.
For someone with talent this ought to be a skill worth aquiring.
years and years ago I knew an old boy who did this on North Thames Gasboard vans; they kept him on because of his skills, the joke was he had a permanent hand tremor, but the minute he laid brush to metal he drew a dead straight line freehand in one go.
They dont make them like it any more.
