I am thinking of buying what is claimed to be a 1961 g12csr the frame number is A 76*7*, is this the correct format ?
No v5c, would vin2reg cope with bikes of this age, was motd in 2017

If it's on the DVLA website you can get a replacement V5. It should be on there if it was MOT'd in 2017.
