Sliding seal?

Hi all,
I have questions about the the sliding seal? ( I don't know if that's what they call it.)
I traced a rattle to this and found the felt seal was very worn.
Are these available?
The seal has obviously been rotating. Is this correct?
As you can tell, I am a rookie as far as lightweights are concerned.
Any help will be gratefully received.Image

Hi
I fitted a new seal recently, when doing other jobs on my 250cs. I ended up buying a bsa seal very similar and easily available.
It needed a slight adjustment to the inside diameter and works really well.
I can pm the part number if you want.
Regards Graham

Hi
The part is listed on eBay for a triumph 3ta/5ta rear wheel bearing felt washer outside dia 36mm inside 26mm 7mm thick.
You will need to remove the sliding part by drilling out the welds. I removed the whole casing as easier to work on. I then used small screws a nuts to refit the two halves together again, works really well. As I say if will need a little bit removed from the inside to fit over shaft .
Hope this is of help.

Is this one good for both lightweights and heavyweights with the alloy chaincase?

Hi
I have purchased the clubs floating kit in the past, but found the seal to loose even after soaking in oil so looked to find something with a smaller inside diameter.
The original sliding disc don’t seem to rust much as oil from chain on the outside and the inside gets plenty of oil to protect it.
Also you can’t buy just the felt seal on its own .
