Hi. Dose any one know any thing about the frank cooper oiling modification on the 54. 550 twin engines ?
It was mentioned in October 2020 Jampot about The Matchless G9B in action.

I have no experience of the modifications but I have had a batch overhauled with seals on to slow the wet sump. It's not advisable to fully stop it as the pump spindles must always be wet. If they aren't rapid wear or seizure is a possible outcome. The pumps are available on an exchange basis. PM me if you're interested.
