I am a previous owner. I came into possession of the bike in 1975/1976 and sold it around 1978/1979. It was not original at that point. I have a F Neil Service and Overhaul manual that came with that bike and details, in hand written notes, a list of parts/works done to make it a 1960 31CSR lookalike.
