New member - new bike

Hello gentlemen,
I do hope I have managed to upload the picture of the motorcycle that I am now the current custodian of.
It is a 1926 G* - 'Big Port'
My intention - to wipe it down with an oily rag and ride it (but only on dry warm days!!)
Will need all new tyres, brakes sorting and general re-commisioning

But - this is where I am desperate for help (thank you in advance)

Whoever wheeled this into a shed many years ago - to take off the magneto (came with bike, seperate, and appears to be working) - seems to have lost the oil pump.

So - I am desperate for a 'Pilgrim' oil pump - to fit this bike.
Thank you.
Paul

Welcome to the club, Nice looking bike but please use either the advert pages https://www.jampot.com/Ads_Place.asp or the advert section of the forum viewforum.php?f=59 to advertise for the pilgrim pump as we don't allow adverts on the main forum.
regards

Paul I have simply edited your entry. Its a nice bike and you are a new member and were not to know the rules which I am given the task of enforcing. And you never know someone may message you ;) . I see you need to sort out the brakes. I have a k12 AJS from 1928 and found that the brake shoes were a direct swop for the later type WD ones. The advantage being that the original ones had no facility for adjustment whilst the later WD type have small mushroom adjusters below which you can put washers to pack out for wear in the drum.
