Cap for felt filter

Please could any body advice me where I can obtain a tap for the thread of the felt filter cap, I think it is 1 1/8 by 20 tip

Hi I have checked Tracy Tools but it cost £60 just to clean the thread don't have the standard cos tap in stock

If you only need to clean it up would a thread file do the trick?
