As a project this year, I have started to assemble my 410 Stormer, this is a bike I am going to build from bits, bits I have been collecting for about ten years. I've bought the bits as I have come across them, where ever that may be, now I will probably need to buy some new bits, seat, tyres etc.. but essencially it will be bits. So it will be, a sort of Hybrid, not a beauty, a garden hack.
So far have cleaned the bore and put in new piston rings, it's +4 so I'm not going mad on an engine rebuild, it will also only have light duties, mainly, I want to know what the 410 was like to ride...
It will also have points, I bought a coil for £5 and strapped it to the frame, so I have a spark, and the engines now in its frame...
But this is the Wild Atlantic Way, down in Cork, so progress will probably take it's own sort of time...
but I will add posts as I progress,
