Re: Tempest Scrambler gearbox sprocket
The new Honda h' ness looks good, Sprid- traditional like, flat seat, round headlamp etc. and perhaps better quality than RE?

Re: Tempest Scrambler gearbox sprocket
I've had a good look round the RE Meteor 350 today (what else to do, it has pi**ed down all day - 8 degrees for goodness sake) and find it extremely well built. It is solid, neatly put together and has some extremely useful (if modern) gizmos.
The seat is a bit like a traditional saddle so like my G3L and the forward footpegs are nowhere near "Harley style" forward. It is comfy but then I am 5' 8''.
The motor is long stroke and all the reviews from India suggest the Honda H'ness is a bit quicker but requires more revs and doesn't pull so well from low down.
So I shall try one next week and will report back: Report in General Topics
