Here in the Wey Valley, Mallet has finally fixed his bike and is happily mobile once more. The Wey Valley/Hampshire camping weekend was a little down on numbers, but despite the heat, the Saturday run took in the glorious delights of the Hampshire countryside ending with Tea and Tiffin at the Departure Lounge café. Wey Valley riders also went along to the Hampshire's Barmaids Fancy meeting, where bizarrely best bike was chosen by a Bar-Bloke due to shortage of a Bar-Maid.
Glorious Leader, Mallet, Teapot and Destroyer visited the Brooklands VMCC branch for their summer BBQ, the burgers were delicious.
Glorious Leader, Teapot and Destroyer rode out on the National Road Rally, together with Hampshire Riders, and covered approx. 200-250 miles without major incident, Mallet went along to see them off..
Enjoy the Sun while we have it, Let's see you out there, Matchless Maniacs and Ajay Wildthings!

Re: Wey Valley Notes
In the old days we used to do 600 miles plus mileage to the start control and home from the finish, we also rode for nearly 24hours with the official brakes of course. MikeM
