Model 18 horn

Would i be correct in saying that my 54 model 18 should have the horn mounted over the primary chaincase mine is not i would be most grateful if you could tell me where it is mounted and how i/e on some type of bracket as i would like to get my my machine in as much as standard trim as i can.

Yes see pics. There is a special bolt nut and rubbers to fix the bracket. I am sure club spares will stock.

Mines now mounted here. Although mine was mounted n the front frame down tube, but I think that was because they retrofitted a sidecar to it.
