Cliff, I have a red cover FB book I have dated as Nov 1994. It is titled Issue no. 1 Catalogue and Price list.
Theres about 49 pages of parts a accessories, then about 12 pages in the form of a list of parts and prices.
It is this parts list that has Nov 1994 on it. I guess thats something you have, if not may like copy of.
