On the breather pipe, a short length of the "copper" brake pipe flared out will work, try your local garage. Apparently it's important not to try and run this up and onto the rear chain as if there is a build up of oil it can interfere with engine breathing!

Someone will step in if I have this wrong.

On the oil tank breather I confess that I just used a longer piece of the "rubber" tube and zip tied it to a convenient hole in the engine plates so that it voided onto the rear chain. Maybe Ill correct this in the future.

The engine mounting bolt has a thin head and uses no washer. Using the adapter (011924, union oil feed pipe ) and spacer/washer it passes the bolt head but it's close.

You may have the oil connections to the engine all sorted by now. The part 011924 Union,oil feed pipe(engine end) has a steel/aluminium/fibre spacer where it screws into the crankcase. My bike has a steel spacer. This can be seen on the AMOC-Parts listing. Your first pic did not show one of these.
