Could you see well enough on dip beam for a moderate speed? and did the high beam light up the trees as well as the road?if so that is more or less how it should be.
The possible cause for odd beam distibution is that the light bulb is not sat in it's holder properly.

no dip beam is to low for norman use and high beam doesnt touch the road at all

Then I would have a look at the bulb , it is possibly not in the right position, I presume it' a halogen type that fits in the lens unit with 3 locating arms that fit into cutouts in the lamp reflector..
If it is in it's correct place then the lamp unit must be defective.
If you have bought it new then back to the dealer.

I'm not too familiar with the head lamp on these, but if its moveable by pushing it up or down try that first. What you describe just might be that the lamp is far too high so the main beam is in the trees and the dip beam is too far ahead on the road surface. And, what you think is the dip beam may just be a residue from the lamp. Hope that all makes sense!
