I am restoring a 1959 G12 and the logbook says Black & Red
The frame and mudguards are black but the tank is unpainted.
I have the chrome divider and I need to know what shade of red for the tank and if the red should be on the bottom section, or the top?

g12 colour scheme ?
The tank if done in two tone should be Red lower, off white(Artic White), on top. The shade off red seems to vary i have seen and heard of several Matchless shades, pick a shade you like it will look fantastic in two tone.
