Leaking between cylinder Head and Barrel

I need a tip how to avoid oil leaking between the cylinder barrel and head.
I have a M G80CS year model 60 and I have tested to grind the surfaces and also a thick oil seal, but without success. As a standard there should not be a cylinder head gasket and the pushrod cover tube is a part of the barrel.
