Hello,
Not wishing to rock the boat here but a family member has asked me if I can find out anything about her Uncle Denis's (one n) bikes, a lovely Triumph and BSA. Apparently he and his wife Marjorie often rode from home in Liverpool to visit family in London. I think the BSA might be an A7 Shooting Star but I'm ready to be corrected, and maybe the Triumph is a Speed Twin?
Would it be possible to find out if either of these bikes still exist?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Kind regards,
Anthony

My guess is that the BSA is a rigid A7 from about 1947 and the Triumph is a Tiger 100 Sprung hub from about 1948.
(The BSA Shooting Star was swing arm from 1954-62. The Triumph Speedtwin was always maroon). Neither bike shows up on DVLA records as taxed but may be lurking in someone's shed somewhere.
