An email just received:
My father Mick Waller had a number AJS's and Matchless's during his time as an International Trials Rider in the 50's and 60's. I've got lots of photos of his bikes from this period. His last AJS (BFN10B) he had from new and he made some modifications. It was then sold to and restored by Ralph Venables. I know it was subsequently sold on, but do not know who too.
My Dad passed away a couple of years ago, but I am trying to locate the bike because of the personal history and for sentimental reasons. I was wondering whether one of your members owns this bike and whether they would be interested in making contact. Being open, I have a friend of my family interested in acquiring the bike.
If you know or are able to to link this bike to a member, would you be willing to offer my contact details to them and share my interest.
