Hi Peter,

I'd usually go from Harwich but not this time and also unaccompanied. Going over to Calais on Le Shuttle. My route is on:

Cheers, Roy.

I should be coming off LeShuttle at 14:55 and hoping to be at Mons by 20:00. I'll be at Hotel Monte Cristo on the Rue d'Ath.on the eastern edge of Mons. Had planned to be in the centre but too late booking and the Hotel Monte Cristo are doing secure parking for me.

I assume you are going yourself? I'll PM you my mobile number in case there's any chance to meet; if you're not going would you pass on to those that are?

Cheers

What a rally, I take my hat off to the organizers, it was one of those decisions to abandon the camp, that no one wants to ever make. It was right, and the safe thing to do. Mother nature really through it at us, forget Launceston this was something else, when the authorities said they where going to open the sluices on the upper lakes that did it for me!!! The whole of our camp section was inundated within hours. I am sure pictures will convey the scenes. My thanks to the Scottish Section for the evening hospitality and info on next years International at Skye, hope you and yours got back okay.
What a Weekend!!!!!
