tank fixing bolts
I have a 1949 G3L. the petrol tank fixing bolts are very worn whitworth threads. Is this correct? I would have expected BSF.The tank is a later type I guess as it has doesn't have a pie crust filler. A lot of the other fasteners on the bike have been bodged so I'm just hoping these haven't been as well

Thanks for that, Dave. Mine has had hex nuts brazed on, 2x metric and 2x whit. Quality!
