I am trying to find my Father-In-Law's Matchless G9 that he purchased new from Pikes of Exeter (Devon) for £200.00
I know the bike is in existence as I narrowly missed buying it a few years ago but it had just been sold by a Henry Gonsalves in Bristol less than 100 miles from where I live in Exeter.
My Father-In-Law is now 88 years old and we would love to re-unite him with this bike that his late wife toured 2500 miles around Europe.
Below is a picture of them embarking on the ferry and also one from Henry Gonsalves in February 2018. Apparently the bike had previously been sent to Africa and used as a Police bike before being repatriated to the UK and given a full restoration.
If you think you could help or point me in any direction I would be eternally gratefull.
