Correct torque on connrods and centre web nuts ?

Hello, please correct me If am wrong. I am not sure If I understant right the Neil manual. Manual says to set up torque spanner for 22lb.ft which is 29,83 Nm for conrods nuts but than what is the correct torque for the 2 pcs of centre web nuts ? Manual mention 11lb.ft which is 14,91 Nm for the centre web studs but not nuts so it is a little bit confusing for me. I am going to reassembly the engie after Stafford show as I will have finally all parts needed .

centre web nuts ( 2 off ) are 20 ft-lbs , Conrod nuts are 22 ft-lbs, web to crankcase (6 off ) 6 ft-lbs

Sould I used assembly lube for conrod and centre shells bearing or good quality oil is enough ?

Assembly lube if you have it , but oil is OK
Conrod should fall under its own weight with new bearing shells with light oiling after a regrind
Threads on the conrod and centre web should be clean , and new nuts fitted , you can add some thread loc if you want to be really sure
