I have an order to complete however the AMOC website isn't recognising my user name and password. I've even reset the password, still no luck.

Turns out that the login can't understand passwords with special characters.
Thanks, Brian

That's handy to know as we're all special characters in the Sussex section.BrianDowning wrote: ↑Mon Feb 20, 2023 9:52 pm Turns out that the login can't understand passwords with special characters.

To be clear to all members, we have found that the log in system on amoc-parts.com will reject passwords that contain letters with accents (acute, grave, circumflex, etc.) and may also reject passwords with characters such as !"£$%^&*()_+BrianDowning wrote: ↑Mon Feb 20, 2023 9:52 pm .. the login can't understand passwords with special characters....
The main Membership system at Jampot.com appears to be quite happy with such letters and characters, but the Spares side rejects them. So the safest option is to use passwords that only contain upper and/or lower case letters and numbers. I know that a number of other internet systems force you to use a combination of letters, numbers and special characters; however the strongest passwords are the longest ones, so use a phrase rather than an individual word.
