Evening all,
My knowledge on rigids is non-existent (other bikes are md 50's sprung frames). Before I clean off the crud and go investigating, is the bar and principle the same as 50's bikes? Square bar that locates and holds position on 'splines'?
The footrests rotate on my bike currently, hence the question.
Thanks

If its the original setup then the answer is yes.
Hopefully a new bar will resolve there can be wear in the square on the engine plates and wear on the bar that both contribute to movement, also check the spacers are present.

Thanks, as I presumed then. Lets hope it's the bar only but I would imagine it's going to be the plates.
