Just in case it helps anyone i've had 3 new BE assemblies made for my 1927 H4 340 SV
couldn't find a replacement anywhere , so had some made
let me know if you are interested and i can send pictures and cost
Alpha were never very keen to make me one !

I had 3 complete assemblies made by a specialist engineering company , so have 2 spare

New crank pin , cage , rollers , and nuts

g80csp11 (aka 'Thrifty Peter') may be a F1 engine development engineer but he still hasn't mastered posting photos. :roll:

Here are the big end assemblies with the replacement billet conrod.

and this is the much ridden Ajay H4 (about an hour before a pothole fractured the crankcase and wrecked the piston and conrod on the return home).

Thanks Nev, should have also said fitted to a new Billet machined con rod, believe me this one wont break
good for another 93 years
