I've just bled the linked brake system on my 79 Benelli which are supposed to be horrendous to do, I used with a vacuum bleeder and it was no drama at all. I had to clean out and rebuild the whole system first so would thoroughly recommend refreshing of the brake fluid regularly.

The recall notice for the Cadwell and Tempest can be found here (week 51):

https://www.femamotorcycling.eu/consume ... m-recalls/

The affected vehicles were manufactured between 1 November 2016 and 1 November 2018.

Technical Description:
The rear brake master cylinder is defective. This can cause a
loss of braking when the rear brake is applied, increasing the
risk of an accident. This defect does not affect the front brake;
therefore the rider may not be aware of the loss of rear brake
pressure when the front and rear brakes are applied together.
