Afternoon all.
Just been looking at the old log book of my AJS 37/22 and noticed it only goes back to 1942, does anyone know if its possible to trace the owners back to when it was first registered in 1937?
Cheers A J Simpson

Re: Buff Log Book
Buff log books were stamped every time the bike was taxed. When all the spaces were full, a new book was issued.
Many old archives were destroyed. Many that survive are archived here. http://kitheadtrust.org.uk/
The two letters or if three letters, the last two will tell which area/county the bike was registered. You can check to see if records for your reg. no. survive. Then contact the kithead trust for details you seek.
