Hi folks
I still have not got round to removing and dismantling the gearbox on my 1930 R9. The problem is it jumps out of second when under load. Everything else is OK. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good reliable mechanic who might undertake a rebuild to sort this problem out. I am rather short of time at the moment. It would have to be someone who was 100% reliable and knew what he was doing. I'm a bit wary about sending the gearbox by carrier to any "old bloke in a lock up" who might just vanish along with my gearbox!
Your observations.
