I have a 67 competition frame (C11370) with 2 fixing holes in the top tube for a head steady and was wondering what the rear holes were for , a twin maybe ?

Especially if no-one answers his question! It's not for an AMC twin headstay (that's on the front downtube). Norton twin headstay maybe?
