FWIW I have always adhered to the data in the generic table here for all fasteners (according to grade of material and playing safe if I don't know). All the more so if one end of a stud is into aluminium, and even-the-more-so where the fastener is long and potentially susceptible to twisting.
Not saying the literature is 'wrong' - very far be it from me - but am saying I wouldn't follow it personally.
