Hello
Can anyone tell me the correct amal carb for my model 30 engined AJS? Haven't checked bore size as only collected bike today so any help really appreciated. Looks to be an old worn out Amal monobloc 928 / R300 fitted at moment, which I think may be incorrect.
Engine is a 600cc (1958) year so believe 1 1/16th bore...just need confirmation before I buy...
Anyway wait to hear back from the experts.
Thanks sincerely

376/078

AJS 600cc 1957-58; 30 Twin Mod 30 30CS Matchless 600cc 1958; G11, G11CS,

Bore 1 1/16" Pilot 30 Cutaway 3.5 Main 280 Needle Jet 0.11 Position 3

I found this on an excel list which i think came from the Amal website.

Good luck. Harry

I have made excel files in the past, with brief info only.
