If you haven't got one, I advise that you get one. Astonishing: my 18's well-bashed joints are totally leak free. What a superb bit of kit. That's a first for me on a tin chaincase bike.

6 hours and nary a spot ..

Ok, so not yet run the engine yet, but my last attempt re-using the existing old pattern seal, oil ran out almost as fast as I was filling it ..

Looks like a good investment.

Ps .. what should be the gap between the fastening brackets on the metal band when correctly tightened?
