Shiny bits just arrived.
I have had worried about the carb fitted to my bike for years.
So I took the plunge and bought a brand new shiny one. Not cheap but hopefully a worthwhile thing to do.You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Nope, I made some contacts and then I didn't have any data to take to them. So I started to make lots of notes. I now have a 3D scanner to attempt to scan in some pistons. I wish the club had some proper CAD drawings of pistons then I could just ask for them and send them to a firm or two for proper quotes. The firm I was talking to was called Capricorn and they are near Basingstoke.
