Cheers Mick, I've literally just found another post that said about setting the brake plate just need to see if I can find outer nut dimensions and check mine

Set brake plate and was still a little to the brake side so made a washer for the outer nut so now “looks” similar to yours mick (I think) and has put the wheel in the middle. The outer nut measured from inside of flange to outer edge approx 5/16 with spacer it’s now approx 3/8 not sure if this is correct but seems to work

I have a box with some outer nut they are all approx 5/16" from inside of flange to edge, total with is approx 5/8"

Thanks for the reply, my nut is much longer than 3/8 overall length but interesting that all yours are 5/16 inside flange to outside edge, not sure what the issue can be then ill check the manual.

if you read my post correct it says 5/8" not 3/8"
