So far we have 78.5 or 78.6 for 250's, any 350 owners got a measurement?

Ok so now we have sizes I'll ask the guys to open up a set and check then if there is a difference we'll contact the supplier. There maybe a spare barrel up at Kettering for them to try one on.

just to add, i've recently ruined a new composite head gasket purchased from club spares trying to fit it over the spigot of my 350.

Right then guys we have had the manufacturer in today and he was shown the issue. I believe he went away with promises to review and alter the set up. How many we will receive etc I'm not aware as I wasn't in attendance in person. I'll report back again as soon as I have more news.

Thanks for that. Would be nice if they would be willing to replace the damaged ones if it turned out their tooling was wrong.

That is what I have asked for. I also invited them to view the forum thread.

I have found 4x gaskets in my spares collection. Of these, the composite gasket with a bore of 78.6mm is the best fit. The ones with 78.5mm are "slightly snug" on my spare barrel.

I've passed the preferred ID size onto the MD of the company.
