grease gun nipple adaptor

I've been gifted a nice modern grease gun, unfortunately its designed to fit modern grease nipples that are bigger than those fitted to our old bikes. Is it possible to get a suitably sized smaller end fitting for the gun. When searching all the likely outlets the only adaptors available seem to be the standard larger size but only differ in that they are angled, longer or flexible etc.etc. Thanks

Thanks Andy, but I'm a bit reluctant to buy that many nipples ( at those rices ) I'll never use. I'll search onward or come up with something.

The needle adaptor that Mick D recommends is perfect for greasing all of the bikes nipples.
