Your bike should have a SR1 magneto which has an easily replaced capicitor, similar to an old mini etc. I would try that first.

Hi
First thing I would do would be to start and run it until it stops - immediately take out the spark plug and see if you still have a spark, it sounds like the magneto is breaking down, (could be just the capacitor or something more in depth).

Does sound like it needs a new capacitor. Also fit a new plug. In particular if its been cleaned. Today's plugs do not have a glazed central electrode.
Cleaning damages them and they then soon get contaminated.
