I'm not that familiar with the rigid comp bikes, but is the front brake on the bike for sale on the 'wrong' side?
The period catalogue shows the brake on the left hand fork leg (sat on the bike), on the bike for sale it is on the right.

It's got an earlier type slider for the small brake hub and the hub has a short torque arm on it which is all but hidden in the picture. Although not correct for period it is fitted in a safe manner with the arm in tension and not compression!

Sorry Roy, no space in the garages at the moment.
I was concerned about the safety aspect of the brake being on the wrong side but Rob has covered that by explaining the bike has an earlier slider.
It should make a nice bike for someone.
