100mpg+ to avoid the queue at the petrol pumps

Post by Dibnah »

Greetings All

Is an AMC single the most cost effective way to avoid the current madness at the petrol pumps?

http://archives.jampot.dk/editorial/Roa ... e_1956.pdf

Also refers to John Dale achieving an astonishing 312mpg at MIRA on a Matchless 350

That was 1956. Now, use an electric bike with a petrol tank fitted.

A hybrid motorcycle? I have owned several hybrid vehicles, some better described as mongrels or possibly bitsas, although none with an electric motor designed for forward motion.

M second bike is a folding all wheel drive bio-electric hybrid...
I use it all around London in preference to the bus or tube whenever possible.
