That was 1956. Now, use an electric bike with a petrol tank fitted.

A hybrid motorcycle? I have owned several hybrid vehicles, some better described as mongrels or possibly bitsas, although none with an electric motor designed for forward motion.

M second bike is a folding all wheel drive bio-electric hybrid...
I use it all around London in preference to the bus or tube whenever possible.
